Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Knot Cottage - Cosy Seaside Cottage, Sleeps 4

Knot Cottage is a cosy 2 bedroomed mid terraced cottage which is located at the heart of the Georgian coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk. It is just a short walk from wonderful gastro pubs, the main high street and picturesque quay. Holkham beach is only a mile away. The property is attractively presented set over two floors and benefits from a private courtyard for dining and one off-road parking space. We accept bookings all year round including Christmas and New Year.

The Boat House

The Boat House is a single-story 2 double-bedroom period cottage, with parking, an enclosed courtyard and WIFI, only a few minutes walk from all the facilities of charming Wells-next-the-Sea, its picturesque quay and stunning sandy beach. Features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with an ornamental fireplace. The Boat House has a lovely outdoor space for sunny dining and is cosy in the winter months, making it the perfect bolthole for discovering any time of the year.

There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.
