Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

It is in easy walking distance of the quay and high street with all its attractions, shops and amenities. Ideal for young families, friends or couples wanting to enjoy the beach and quay at Wells as well as exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline. The apartment is a sanctuary to rest tired legs at the end of a busy day. There is one allocated parking space in a covered car park.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Beach Hut 65 is the perfect space to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful beach of Wells-Next-The-Sea. You will find yourself surrounded by colourful beach huts, golden sand and shady pinewoods, with stunning sea views from your elevated view. The hut is very comfortable and well equipped, guaranteed to make your visit truly relaxing and stress free! Please note - No over night stays, day use only. To minimise the risk of fire, BBQ's and fires are prohibited on the beach and dunes.

Next available 29 August to 5 September. Two minutes' walk from Wells harbour, and in a private square with off-street parking just outside the front door. The harbour has magical views over unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness, as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi, high quality linen, private parking. Sunny decking area.
