Very comfortable king size bed, high quality bedding, towels etc. Light airy double room with views and access to south facing garden, free wifi, television and sofa. Superb shower room with loo. It has parking in a gated private front garden area for 1 car and is located within yards of Chester Zoo boundary and a short walk to a pub, takeaways and shops and the city Park & Ride With it's own secure entrance the self contained property boasts a bathroom, bedroom with double bed and an open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with a high quality sofa bed.

Spacious Private room in family home

Bedroom is on the ground floor, looking out on the small side courtyard. Guest have access to shower and toilet downstairs. Coffee & Tea making facilities are in the room. Utility room is next to guest room where you find the kettle, microwave and sink to wash up dishes. There is a fridge in the Utility room too that can be used by the guest. Our own main kitchen is not a shared space, but access could be arranged if necessary. Free street parking is outside the property or in the vicinity
