It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

Wych Annexe Guest Studio

Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.

This first floor apartment in a quiet rural location is lovely and sunny throughout the day. The balcony gives a view of Lyme Regis.
