Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

Chesil Lodge Cottage

Chesil Lodge Cottage is situated in the beautiful coastal hamlet of West Bexington, one of Dorset's best kept secrets, and just a stone's throw from the spectacular Chesil beach. The cottage is a comfortably appointed chalet with its own driveway, ample parking and enclosed private garden. There is a wooden veranda with sea and countryside views. Inside there is one double bedroom and a further bedroom with a double bed and single bunk above. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge.

At the end of a no-through road on the edge of the village, this quiet upstairs annex has stunning dual aspect country views across the Bride Valley. The large (32m2), warm and spacious room includes a simple kitchen area and there is a separate bathroom. The annex sits above our garage, accessed via a shared rear hallway. Puncknowle is a quiet village less than 2 miles from the beach, perfectly situated to enjoy the Jurassic coast. The friendly Crown Inn pub is a 5 minute walk away.

Freshly renovated and minutes from the beach, this light filled, 3 bedroom holiday home has sweeping views across the bay and is just steps away from the SW coastal path with its dramatic views. You can spend the day on Hive Beach, paddling in the sea before enjoying fresh seafood at the renowned Hive Beach cafe, explore the beautiful countryside and quaint villages around Burton Bradstock or you can simply relax on the living room sofa and admire the enchanting, ever changing views.

Berry Farm Cottage

Berry Farm Cottage nestles in a private area of the grounds of Berry Farm, which dates back to the 16th century. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

The Seaside Shepherd’s Hut

Fall asleep to the sound of waves on shingle in this stunning, hand-crafted oak shepherd’s hut. In winter the Hut is cosy with double glazing, a wood burner plus radiator. In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.

An ideal place for nature lovers, birdwatchers, fishermen, walkers, dog owners or just to relax and explore the Dorset Coast. The cottage is compact but well equipped. Up to 2 dogs are welcome

Walk to the beach

Relax in a modern grade II listed cottage surrounded by national trust land and only a short walk to the beach. The cottage has been fully modernised with a lovely patio area overlooking the countryside. The cottage is a short walk from Hive beach cafe and two great pubs in the village. It is truly a magical place.
