Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for forty years. A two room studio suited for couples and a seperate larger studio for families (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. Welcome to Abbey beach Oasis! A 1950's character home nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on Geographe Bay Rd. With direct access to beach, it is perfect for 1-2 families. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard for medium to large dogs. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia.
