It was great staying at Shirley's. The place is very clean, quiet, and located in a great neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable, and we had some enjoyable chats. I highly recommend Shirley's room.

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal bei Anne und habe mich sofort wieder für ihr schönes Haus entschieden , als ich wieder nach Hemel Hempstead gereist bin. Ich weiß diesen besonderen Ort sehr zu schätzen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den romantischen Garten. Ich liebe diese Aussicht. Anne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin . Am Abreisetag bereitete sie mir ein wunderbares Frühstück mit Tee ,Toast und Ei. Anne ist mir nach den 2 Jahren ,die ich sie kenne eine Freundin geworden. Von mir gibt es eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cette chambre propre et fonctionnelle, idéale pour un court séjour. L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

A very enjoyable stay in a great apartment. A fantastic base to explore central London, you really are right in the heart of it all. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, a good size space, lots of character, comfortable, clean and considering the very central location it was very quiet and peaceful. And the provided foodstuffs and fizz were very generous and welcomed. Wim is a great host, excellent communications from start to finish and when we had a slight issue with initially entering the building, he replied instantly to my message and all was sorted out. Would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely apartment and I am sure I shall book again at some point.

Great place to stay, I booked this for my parents whilst they visited us in Henley and it was great. James was really accommodating and welcoming!

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

There is a reason Deborah is a Super host! This was a perfect Air b&b experience for me and my dog Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble, Deborah made us feel welcome immediately into her beautiful home, which is set in a gorgeous location a short walk from Hampstead village. I was spoilt with a lovely healthy breakfast and fresh coffee. This is a rare find and a treat, so my recommendation is to book quickly before someone else beats you to it!

Fiona is a fabulous hostess. Great location, beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed chatting with Fiona over breakfast every morning and she gave us super helpful travel advice every day. Thank you Fiona, for making our trip fantastic - hope to stay with you again!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Sally‘s place is in an excellent location, almost right by the river and Sally is a lovely host. The room was perfect and it was pleasure to meet Sally, Jack and James.

Fabulous hosts.. Amazing House.. Visited here multiple times and can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re in the area and needing accommodation then look no further you will not regret it. 🫶🫶🫶🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Margaret and her husband, Morris are warm and welcoming. They both were very helpful. Margaret is responsible for their guests and she is very competent - right on top of things all the time. I found the quiet, comfortable space I was looking for. She provided a great breakfast and I enjoyed meeting them and chatting to them. Great stay.

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.
