The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Beautiful views over fields, quiet, restful haven to chill out, walk, bike or drive to country pubs. Canal approx. 20 minute walk, historic Jurassic Way 30 minutes. Cyclists and bikers welcome, secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around. Parking available (free). Contractors welcome, enquire re longer term.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

Luxury Glamping Pods - Holdenby

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated on a small family working farm, surrounded by glorious countryside. Come and stay in our luxury pods, all centrally heated, fully fitted bathroom with shower. One double bed and a click-clack sofa bed suitable for up to 2 children. There is WIFI and a smart TV. Bring your horse (for a small additional fee) ride or walk around the farm and enjoy the beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere. Dogs are welcome in Holdenby POD.

The well equipped cottage provides an ideal peaceful location just minutes away from the major transport networks - great getting away and enjoying the rolling hills of Northamptonshire whether by foot, cycling or just from the patio which has far reaching breathtaking views All guests now have access to a communal games room with table tennis and pool and also dining area for 20 people

Cobbler's Cottage - peace and seclusion

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Cromwell - Spacious, modern farm stay

Situated in the beautiful and easy-to-access countryside of Winwick, Northamptonshire, Cromwell is an extremely spacious restored barn. Featuring 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining room, living room and downstairs WC. Nestled on a working farm guests can enjoy stunning views, easily accessible footpaths and canal walks or relax by the farm lake. A short distance from the M1, M45 and A5, our location is perfect for access to arterial routes.
