Tiny House Refuge

The Tiny House Refuge is great for a weekend get away or a few days just to experience first hand, Tiny House living. The house is located at the top of Mad River Ski resort and is a short walk to the top of the ski lift. Bedding and linens are only provided for two guests. Enjoy a day of skiing or exploring Ohio Caverns and come home to make a meal in the a kitchen equipped with utensils, toaster oven, fridge, hot plate, pots, pans, and a microwave. Enjoy an evening campfire as well!

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This Duplex was built in the early 1900s, we are having a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. This unit does have stairs. We are excited to open up our 3rd Airbnb in Urbana, Ohio. One of two separate Airbnbs in the duplex. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
