We had a fantastic stay at Ted’s place! The accommodation was clean, warm, and very comfortable, with modern furniture and everything in perfect working order. It’s in a great location — close to town and right next to a bus stop, which made getting around super convenient. Ted was incredibly friendly and proactive, providing us with all the information we needed ahead of time. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and hospitality. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Fabulous flat and neighbourhood. Lovely cute private garden. Nice furnishings. Great amenities. Very warm always and log fire made it super cosy. Everything clean and clutterless. Very communicative host who made it all easy. Highly recommend staying here if it’s within your budget. It’s possibly on the slightly expensive side for a 2-person accommodation but if you’re going to be mainly home-based for your stay it’s probably worth it house and garden wise.

Our stay at Alison’s was absolutely fantastic, the location was incredibly central and there really wasn’t much noise considering where we were! The apartment was absolutely massive I don’t even feel like the pictures did it justice, we had so much space! Everything was spotless and the apartment had wee extras that we weren’t expecting such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Great gem of a place. Was working nights and Arthur’s place was just the ticket.. had flexible check in and out and was a superb host. Nice touches with the milk, butter and bread- much appreciated.

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Martin’s place, he was really helpful with information and suggestions of how to get around/where to eat/visit. The apartment has a lovely private garden - perfect for our morning coffee in the sunshine. It’s really well located for waking into town and lots of restaurants. Highly recommended and really appreciated the tea/coffee and Scottish shortbread.

Michael please was a great place to stay, me and my friends went for an events and found it to be in a great location, Michael was a great host and always made sure everything was okay with check in

The Bridge house was the perfect spot for our travels near Edinburgh! It was an easy drive to Stirling, the Kelpies, and only 5 min from the train to Edinburgh. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous! Each room is decorated so beautifully, and we felt so at home right away. Dawn and Robbie were wonderful and left us fresh baked bread and eggs from their chickens! They gave us some great tips and recommendations, and made the stay even better. The beautiful backyard with hot tub and sauna was my son’s favorite part! We hope to stay there again one day!

We were given detailed instructions about how to get there and to do the check in. The room Is exactly as described, spacious and with a convinient desk to work if needed. Everything was spotless! The communication with the host was fluent, which made everything easier.

Our stay was great, the location ideal for us and close to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Great park nearby for walking the dogs. Shops close by and parking at property. We stayed over Christmas and a tree was also provided. Lovely property for two couples or a small family, comfy beds and a fully functional kitchen . Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again.

We were a family of 9 (4 adults and 5 children), so not easy to find accommodation for all of us but Martin's place was perfect. Good location, private and with all the needed space and facilities. Not sure about using the house with different households as it seems the house may also be rented by room instead of all the place. The kitchen was clean and had loads of kitchens utensils, glassware, etc etc. The oven needs a bit of deep cleaning but still usable. The fridge and freezer are small for big families but there supermarkets near by so no need to overstock. We had a probem and Martin sorted it asap. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely recomend and stay again.

We had a lovely time thank you. Beautiful property. The neighbour’s dog running free was a problem for us as our dog is nervous and it meant we had to bundle him in the car every-time we went out and taking outside was difficult as the dog would run around the private patio. Dog owner seemed friendly but didn’t do anything just said it was fine and it wasn’t for us or our dog. Did miss the dishwasher a bit and could have done with more towels/ tea towels for kitchen, bath matt, and larger bath towels. Washing machine was a big help And lovely and clean. We were also able to work well in the evening at the table. All in all lovely, just a few wear and tear items. Thank you very much.🙂

My husband and I had a great stay at Tania’s. Tania met us on arrival and walked us through the information for the apartment. It’s a nice sized basement apartment, going down steps off the main road to a private entrance, with a full kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Tania provided all the basic essentials and even left us tea, milk, and some snacks to get us started which was much appreciated. The location is an 11 min walk from the Haymarket train stop, and all the buses and trams stop just around the corner so it’s an easy location to get to. For a city apartment it’s surprisingly nice and quiet, except for occasional noise from the street or neighbors, but nothing that was an issue. There is plenty to do within walking distance and many food options near by. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a Victorian townhouse in a stunning part of Edinburgh. It is tastefully decorated, furnished to a good standard, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is a few minutes walk from the nearest tram stop or if you prefer is a 20-30 minute walk to the main attractions in the city centre. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is a peaceful and calm space after a busy day exploring and sightseeing. We would definitely recommend and would try to stay here again in the future. The apartment was as advertised. The pictures were accurate great location. Only concern we had was construction started as we got there. It was unfortunate but beyond Samantha’s control

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!

It has the advantage of being close to the city centre but also in a more quiet peaceful area The flat had all the amenities you would need, was very clean and had comfy beds Check in was easy and the host was always very responsive for any enquiries Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Catherine and Simon were excellent hosts. On hand when needed but allowed our privacy. The flat was spotless and was super well equipped, in fact Catherine provided so many extras for the price we paid. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and perfect location. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
