Our home is equipped with comfortable linens, a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, & a secluded outdoor dining area with a gas grill, fire pit & fenced yard. We are just blocks away from the public beach, downtown shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. Golf cart rentals can be reserved thru local companies

Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Picnic at our private Shark Tooth Beach, watch Osprey & Eagles fish the Potomac, and collect 15-million-year-old fossilized shark teeth!

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

Our home was built in 1990 as a place to enjoy the river and area. Our kids and their many cousins grew up spending summers and weekends on the water. Now that they are grown, we would like to share our home with you!
