I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. Look forward to come back endless amount of times. Thank you for absolutely everything.

We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

Scott met me and my partner at the gate as promised. He gave us a tour of the property. It was absolutely great. Before he took us to our room, we met Special, his beautiful Roti dog. He took us to our room and boy, it was just right, the bathroom especially was nice. It had hot water, towels, rags etc like a hotel room. Our room had a little fridge, kettle and stuff to make tea. There's a little outside area of the room, it had a hammock and two chairs. Nice to just relax at our door. All in all the area was nice. You can see he put alot of creative thought in the place. Special is especially nice as well.

My stay was absolutely perfect in all way. This is my 2nd stay on the property and I love everything about it. The property itself is beautifully kept. Ms Zenie is wonderful. The array of fruit trees and beautiful flowers help to make the grounds even more fantastic. As for the accommodations, it was everything I wanted / needed. A beautiful room with enough kitchen space, roomy fridge and a coffee pot. Easy access to the beach and plenty of places to grab food or a drink make the location even more perfect. Thank you for a great trip and can’t wait to be back

Ruth's place is definitely a home away from home, and is exactas advertised. Just beautiful. I loved being able to sit on the balcony under the beautiful night sky. I would definitely stay here again.

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

WOW! What a host and great stay at Dawns place. Dawn was always there whenever we needed her. Stellar communication! The apartment was a quaint and quiet space with the little privacy wall and all. Felt just like a one bedroom / studio. This community had a lot of elderly people who were just simply relaxing. The beach was a five minute walk and it’s next to a nude beach. However, Grand Lido is in the opposite side full of families and fun! The TV was a bit hard to figure out. No worries Dawn gave me step by step directions to turn it on. She said she would put instructions up for the next guest. The apartment is on The third floor and the light in the hall was out. The rock pool was great. Just be careful of the little sea urchins cradling the side walls. The shower is on the small side and it’s enclosed with glass. The space had two balconies one for standing the other was to relax on. This apartment did not disappoint my husband and I at all. I missed my flight and Dawn welcomed me

Die Lage ist sensationell. Das Apartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der Haustechnik, die hätten vermieden werden können. Die Probleme wurden dann aber zügig abgestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

If you like the beach life style as if you were at home...This is the place for you!!!! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves...and wake up with the incredible view of the crystal blue water!!!!! If you like to cook everything is there...if not almost everything is nearby by walking distance. Moreover the communication with the host is a 5 star rating....The host is really very attentive to make sure that everything is perfect for you to enjoy your stay!!!! Dont hesitate to book this dream place, its 100% worth it!!!!!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Thank you again to our new friends at Maison Bleu!

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

Sehr schönes Haus. Unglaublich toller Pavillon an der Klippe. Super Aussicht. Alles sehr ruhig und sicher zu der Zeit als wir da waren. Toller Strand und schöner Pool. Die Gastgeberin hat sich beim Check-In um uns sehr gekümmert. Vielen Dank dafür.

we had a brilliant time amazing veiw we watched the turtles every morning was great restaurants on site pizza jerk chicken a chicken place all sorts you can get security on site supermarket on site and a bar. the gentleman man what showed us round the property was a lovely friendly man told us everything we needed to no. brilliant host kept us up to date with everything responded quickly great stay

This place was simply amazing! Maggie was available and helpful throughout our stay. The pool, rock pool and beach are beautiful. The on site restaurant, Miguel, is fabulous. He is a very good chef and his prices won’t break your budget. The kitchen in the room is fully stocked with microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine and pantry items. The balcony offers a beautiful view. The grounds are great to walk around, filled with beautiful flowers and wildlife. It was very safe. The air conditioning is delightful. If we return to Negril, we would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

I’ve been to Negril 5 times in the last year. Love staying at The Point/Point Village. It’s quiet, relaxing, has 2 beaches, security, and a guy that makes breakfast and lunch on site. Trudyann’s place is great for 2 people. The kitchen has a lot more than most airbnbs I’ve been to. Great price for the location and amenities.

Gute Lage, (zwischen Ricks Cafe und 7 Miles Beach). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, ansonsten von Vorteil mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein.
