You really do feel so close to the ocean from every room in the house. Hear the waves, dawn til dusk. Great location for South West Coast Path walks. A 5 minute walk along the promenade to great bars, a variety of eateries and the famous amusement arcades. The house is semi detached with a privacy screen on the outer decking. Dogs & BBQs not permitted.
