Outside there's an enclosed, lawned garden, a patio for al fresco dining and a deck overlooking the estuary and Instow.

There is no additional charge to use the on-site facilities. Please note that guests need to bring own bedlinen and towels.

One of the bedrooms is a luxury master suite with a bath tub and WC. Dogs also welcome.
