A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

We are a friendly family with two well behaved children. The top floor suite is a bespoke converted, private and spacious top floor two bedroom suite with a separate lounge/kitchenette for your exclusive use. All of amenities you would need are provided including fresh towels and basic breakfast items. EV charging available - charges apply NB - Shared front door and 1st floor landing to access your accommodation.

Garden Room

We are situated in a rural location on the Killerton National Trust Estate just 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.

The Old Tanyard Studio

The Old Tanyard Studio is perfectly located in the village of Whimple. Only 5 minutes walk from the main train station from Waterloo with lines to Exeter and the market town of Honiton only 10 minutes each way. A small studio with easy access to around the village. A local village store only 10 minutes walk away and 2 pubs in the town providing food.

Our house is a light and airy modern end terrace in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to the town centre. It has easy access to transport links, Exeter University and provides two private parking spaces. With superfast broadband we have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay in Exeter!
