The Art Cottage at the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory is perfect for those seeking a charming & artful stay while traveling for adventure, business, or vacation. Heated Pool is open May 20th to October 15th. The Dutch House is a stylish updated Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! We're in the heart of Sandy 4 minutes to the Sandy Expo, restaurants, shopping & theaters. Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Hiking trails are just 20 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons.
