Just 1/2 mile off the main highway and on a dead-end road, a perfect place to relax and spread out while enjoying the great outdoors with the whole family. Greer's Ferry Lake, Little Red River, and Sugar Loaf Mountain are within 10 minutes for boating, world class trout fishing, swimming and hiking. Plenty of parking for vehicles.

Located directly on winkley shoals, you can walk right into the water to fish or just dip your feet into the water! If you would rather sit on one of the 2 decks and listen to the water rush over the rocks and bird watch, it’s all possible! You are welcome to explore my 60 acres , including a stocked pond and a great view of sugar loaf mountain. Experience the whole place all to yourself.

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet .
