The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Take the tandem kayak down to the waters edge and enjoy a day on Cranberry lake. (1/2 mile from home) - bring your boat with parking available and a public lunch under two miles away. Sleep in the brand new queen sized bed, and enjoy the kitchen with a large island, great for dining and playing games.

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
