Available year round, enjoy a relaxing stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage less than 200 feet from the largest beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. Fully furnished - sleeps up to 8 with exclusive access of the entire cottage! We offer additional services for purchase including firewood, full linens for all beds, showering towels, bike & kayak rentals. Bedding fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests.

Perfect waterfront vacation rental for enjoying the outdoors. Spend your days relaxing and soaking in the sun on the large deck with 12x12 gazebo. Small beach area and dock. In winter months we recommend having a vehicle with 4x4 or all wheel drive with good winter tires as our private road can get slippery. One hill can be hard to climb without these recommendations. 16ft Lowe with 20hp also available Firewood available for purchase (notice required) $30.00 for a full wheel barrel.

Nicely prearranged, with the comforts of home (bed linens, pots and pans, dishes, heat/AC, deck, dock, BBQ and more). Please not the cottage has two bathrooms, but only one shower. The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. This cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Closest grocery store and LCBO are only 4 min drive from the cottage. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.
