Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Little Bank

Sitting in the heart of the Dillington Estate, Little Bank was formerly the Estate office and "bank" for the monthly wages. The house has now been transformed, sensitively renovated to a very high standard and features four en-suite bedrooms, all beautifully designed and furnished, and a loft-style, open-plan kitchen and dining room which opens out through bi-fold doors onto the rear terrace and floral garden. The wood-fired hot-tub sits above the garden with views across the orchard to the wood

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Ideally located to explore the beautiful town of Ilminster and Alice Temperley's Phoenix Studios shops as well as the surrounding towns and villages like Bruton, Frome and Castle Cary. The flat is also only half an hour from Lyme Regis on the south coast. Owner on site as we run the interiors and fashion shop below.

Rosewall is a unique listed Arts and Crafts farmhouse built in the early 1920’s. The house is surrounded by our land and borders the National Trust Barrington Court. Ideal base for exploring the grounds or for venturing on foot or bike to the local pubs and beauty spots. Sleeps 8 across 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite), and 1 twin. Relax; sit and gaze down the avenue of tulip trees; prepare a feast in the well equipped kitchen. 2 dogs on request.

The Old Mill stands above an idyllic millpond on the Somerset Levels overlooking the Blackdown Hills. The former studio of a renowned artist, it offers a uniquely romantic setting in which to unwind and relax. There are many walks straight from the door and the nearest pub is less than 2 miles away. Venturing further afield you can spend the day on the Jurassic Coast or visit some of the many National Trust properties in the area.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
