We had a fabulous time. It’s a beautiful apartment with stunning views. Host was amazing. We will definitely be back. It’s a hidden gem. The dogs loved it. They were living their best life.

What an amazing place to stay at ! Exactly as shown in pictures , very clean , spacious . I went as a group of friends with me and 4 others and everyone loved the property. Sarah came to meet us for the check in process , showed us around and explained everything and also gave us great recommendations on the local area . We had absolutely no issues. Our host was very responsive whenever we had a question and great to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to stay especially as a group of friends or family .

Beautiful location. The outside area and views are stunning. Everything you need for relaxing summer nights. Inside the house is comfortable. Dining table was large and great for family meals and games. The shared bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, this wasn't too much of an issue but would be a useful addition. The downstairs bathroom was great for disabled or those with mobility issues, however, the downstairs bedroom would not be suitable for everyone with mobility issues, the bed it very high and the trundle is very low. My older parents couldn't manage either bed. luckily they can still get up and down the stairs so were able to use one of the upstairs rooms. Also, when the trundle is in use, there is very little room to move around. Downderry itself is lovely with great restaurants and pub. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Yardley House for it's location and amenities. Mark was a great host and responded to all queries. Great holiday. Thank you!

Great house located just a short walk away from the beach at Harlyn Bay. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a family holiday

Dog Watches was a superb house and garden. The location was excellent. We were celebrating an 82nd (mum in law) birthday. The house was stunning, spacious, with breathtaking views. We needed to spend longer than the 3 nights to use all of the facilities. We were very comfortable and were lucky to have stunning weather. The pub nearly opposite ( the sloop) is also excellent for food We had a lovely walk to Hope cove and bantham beach . The ferry boat goes from the quay just below the house. Brilliant stay. Thank you

I adore this place. The house is larger than it seems in the photos. Three beautiful seating areas, all with sea views. An enormous kitchen and well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer are very handy. A really beautiful ensuite bedroom. The childrens attic room offers lots of fun for the children. I loved the coastal walks and the wild sea. I hope we come back soon. X

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Fantastic house and facilities. An amazing holiday stay to meet up with family . Luxurious bedrooms , beds so comfortable, in fact it was all so lovely. It was a short walk down the road to the pebbled beach. The nature reserve is across the road opposite the house and the views from the front windows overlooking this are so relaxing . The jacuzzi was so relaxing , family loved it . Good location for walking . Well done.

Lovely gound floor apartment with everything you would need. Just a miutes walk from the boat yards and the ferry across to Plymouth Hoe. Lovely place.

What a wonderful apartment - in a fantastic location, short walk into town with Crooklets beach on your doorstep! Louise is so lovely and friendly, and by far the most responsive host I've ever met! We felt so at home and comfortable in the apartment

A beautiful location with stunning views from the property - we didn't want to close the curtains! Lovely and spacious with two bathrooms. There were 4 of us staying but there's ample space for 6 guests. There is a nice veranda to have a cup of tea in the sun and watch the boats come and go in the harbour. Polruan is a pretty village overlooking the river Fowey, and Fowey across the water, is also great for a day out looking around the shops or taking a walk to St Catherine's Point where there is a lovely little beach and a walk up to the castle. The ferry was frequent and very convenient to use to get across to Fowey. We hired a self drive motorboat to explore the river which was a great afternoon out. Parking is about a 10 min walk away at the top of the village, so be aware of the climb back up the hill to the car at the end of your stay! A very enjoyable stay in a quiet and beautiful setting.

Really enjoyed our stay, considering we booked last minute, Matthew was hugely responsive and flexible allowing us to squeeze in our booking during February half term. The property was clean, well presented with a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The beds were extremely comfy and views are fantastic even in February. The wood burner/fireplace offered some cosy comfort in the late evening. Local restaurants are walking distance as is the beach. Highly recommend the Beach House as a place to eat / drink.

I'd had the crows nest saved for a couple of years and always wanted to go - it was definitely worth the wait and the money, the location is breathtaking and the area is so peaceful, if you want a relaxing getaway it's perfect.

My elderly parents, husband, dog and I just had an amazing stay in Turnchapel, in this comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly situated house. We got lucky enough with the weather to sit outside and enjoy the terrace, barbecue and sunset, and our dog had some great swims in the sea. The house itself is great; with the living room and its beautiful fireplace and lots of antiques being the highlight. It was also perfect to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for my dad with mobility issues. Our GPS took us to the wrong side of the village, but Joe and Sarah were kind enough to respond from the other side of the world (apologies again!), and were responsive, polite and lovely throughout our communication. We parked in the nearby car park as our car was too wide to get down to the house, but the area was peaceful and quiet, and we had no concerns with leaving the car elsewhere. We would highly recommend it - you’ll have a wonderful time no matter the weather!
