We stayed in 2 yurts. 2a+2c in one, and my son stayed with 3 friends in the Walled Garden Yurt. We were celebrating his 18th Birthday. This was our 3rd visit and it's just as beautiful as it was the first time we visited. The yurts were clean and beautifully decorated inside. Each yurt has a gas heater, a seating area and a firepit. There's a communal kitchen that has everything you could possibly need (even hot water bottles). The bathrooms were clean and the kids playroom was a huge hit with my 2 girls (7 and 8). My son and his friends liked the privacy of their yurt and all had a great time. We used the large firepit, BBQ and dining area everynight. It's a peaceful location and was safe for my 2 to run around and play on the swings and slide. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and we will definitely return. Back from a short break at this lovely cottage, Richard and Ben are super communicative hosts, really proactive and everything was a breeze - the surroundings and the area are amazing and the cottage itself was so homely and welcoming, it's relaxing as soon as you step in the door. Everything you need there once you bring supplies, great facilities and the location cannot be beat. Hopefully can book again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay here! This charming cottage was perfect for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kids absolutely loved it here! There were plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained, and they spent hours exploring the lovely garden. The outdoor space was a highlight for us – we enjoyed having meals on the patio while the children played safely in the yard. The location was ideal, providing a peaceful retreat yet close enough to local attractions and activities. We made great memories visiting nearby parks, hiking trails, and local markets. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket with snacks and local information, were greatly appreciated. This cottage exceeded our expectations.

If you are looking for a serene paradise, with wonderful views, nature sounds, and animals nearby… again.::the view… wow…this is your place! Niamh was so friendly and helpful, and her home was cozy and comfortable. We traveled with our toddler and she made sure that we were comfortable with the room set up, gave us options, and welcomed us with open arms. We loved having access to a washer and dryer as well, it helps when you have to pack lightly. It was my birthday and she even left a fresh baked loaf of lemon cake and flowers with a note out for me. We can’t wait to go back, and enjoyed every minute here! Wicklow and the surrounding area is perfect, with only a 10 minute drive to Blessington and 40 minutes to Dublin. This was our second stay at Turrock Cottage and it definitely won't be our last. Even on a somewhat grey and drizzly day, the fully stocked fire place made it lovely and cozy. The surroundings are so picturesque and Ciaran and Deirdre couldn't be lovelier. Such attention to detail with a basketful of extra facecloths and towels, electric blankets, dvds and games, fresh eggs and bananas to hand feed the resident peacock. The donkey and chickens and ducks and geese and dog and cat are so fun to see and interact with and the local area has tons to do. The kids loved it so much the youngest cried when we left. We LOVED our stay in this amazing home and this beautiful area of Ireland. We flew in from LA. It was walking distance to the nearest pub and a great crowd, very friendly. The closest cities were about a 7-10 minute drive and there was so much to see within an hour's drive of this home. I really would recommend staying at Aoife's beautiful home. We even stayed in and relaxed some days and it was perfection.

I had such a lovely stay at Pam’s beautiful countryside shed in County Carlow. The place is cosy, peaceful, and full of charm - the perfect spot to unwind and feel connected to nature. Pam was such a kind and thoughtful host, always making sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Communication was easy and responsive from the very beginning, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Pam!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ballyknocken cottage! The cottage is super cosy and looks exactly like the pictures. I couldn't recommend more!

This old farmhouse was just like the pictures, clean and very comfortable. The sitting room was just beautiful. There was so much charm and personality in this home. The area is incredibly beautiful either direction out of the drive way. Leah was very friendly and helpful with places to go. I would love to revisit and stay there again.

We loved our stay at Tom's place. The house was spotless and really great for two couples. Great , spacious kitchen with everything needed. Tom went out of his way to greet us and see us off and was available in between. The rural setting was gorgeous and there were several beautiful walks within a short distance of the house. We would enthusiastically recommend staying here.

This place ticked all the boxes for us..Nicky loves cycling and Rose loves walking beautiful area for both...The house is even lovelier than it looks on screen...also we could bring our little dog Auzie...and that meant a lot to us...once we keep him under control as farm animals nereby.....we just cannot praise this place enough....Nicky & Rose

We had a fantastic stay in the Shepards hut and had full access to the Maze, farm, museums and native woodland. The hut was spotless and so cute. We had a gorgeous time dining outside on our own private space and campfire. The highlight was Anita’s amazing sauna by the river. It was a dream. So much for the kids and so much for us to do, we’ll definitely come down again.

I couldn’t recommend a stay a Glendalough any more. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to go to for a relaxing weekend and paterick and the lady there were just so helpful and kind. This is definitely a must go to for a relaxing weekend away.

Michael's place is fantastic. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and is comprised of two houses connected by a solarium. There are five bedrooms (three in the primary house and two in the smaller house) and plenty of bathrooms, making Michael's place a great choice for a large family or group. The nearby town of Clonegall is a short drive or walkable in nice weather. While we didn't meet Michael, Peter, the house manager, greeted us on arrival with freshly baked bread and eggs from a local farm. Peter was easily contactable and provided us with all the information needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend Michael's place to anyone looking for a large home with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining.

We stayed at Hazel’s place for a weekend and it was absolutely beautiful and stunning. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis this is the place to stay. Hazel is also a great host and very responsive. I would highly recommend.

We love James home. It was secluded in the Wicklow mountains, lots of hiking trails with cafes, restaurants close by. We loved the peacefulness of the mountains. Beautiful home and we loved the views. We loved seeing and hearing the animals near the property.

I visited Kate's place with my sister and my son. We stayed for 2 nights. The setting was idyllic and just as described. We visited nearby woods, beach and Gorey. It was suitable for me, with limited mobility and my son who can hike for miles! It wasn't nearly enough time to discover Wexford, so I'll definitely be back. I would highly recommend Kate's place 🪷
