Auf zwei Ebenen stehen 80 m² Wohnfläche mit Fußbodenheizung, voll ausgestatteter Küche und großzügigem Wohnbereich zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt nur rund 15 Minuten von den Skigebieten Semmering und St. Corona entfernt und ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Wintertage zwischen Skifahren, Natur und Rückzug. Parkplatz und E-Ladestation sind vorhanden.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
