Welcome to Walnut Street Retreat, a cozy retreat perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups! This 1-bedroom apartment features a full kitchen, a queen-size bed, a twin-size sleeper sofa, and a full-size modular sofa. Enjoy the large, modern bathroom with a spacious shower. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, with a short walk to CU and downtown, our retreat offers comfort, style, and a memorable stay. Reserve one or both units to stay close while enjoying extra space and privacy.

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

A traveler's retreat just 5 minutes from i70

Enjoy your night on the road! This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The Lake House is centrally located between Yellow Springs, Caesar's Creek, Waynesville, WPAFB, and Dayton, Ohio.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River, a state and national scenic river and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.
