Historic refinished wood floors and soft light create a cozy retreat in the Sword Fern Room, once the innkeeper’s bedroom at the Historic McCleary Hotel. At the south end of the second floor, this compact room features a double (full) bed and charming views of the garden’s mature landscaping. Perfect for solo travelers with a pet or couples who don’t mind sharing a smaller bed. This is our designated pet-friendly room thanks to refinished wood floors. Guests share a nearby hall bathroom.

Starry Night Inn - The Deluxe Suite

This room features two massage chairs, a comfortable couch, and a private sauna. There is a private kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave and water cooler. The queen bed is located on the other side of the wall of the living room with plush bedding and warm fireplace. In the lobby, there are seating areas for dining and relaxing, complimentary food and drink, microwave, toaster oven and more.

Matthew's Room: Located on the second floor in the Cottage Wing. This room has a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom has a tub and shower combination. 1 block from beach. Guests must be 21+ to book. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Breakfast is available for a fee.

Portland is a 2-hour drive, and Seattle 3-hours. A comfortable and spacious one bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, WiFi, sleeps up to 4 persons, and is located at the Coastal Inn and Suites.
