A delightful loft conversion in Albrighton

The Loft is a conversion, which has been done to a very high standard, just on the outskirts of Albrighton. It has private parking and entrance. Also access to an EV charger, additional cost. Located by David Austin Roses, one of the leading rose breeders in the world. The RAF museum at Cosford is just a 5 minute drive away. Also within easy reach is Ironbridge and the Shropshire hills. The room can be setup as a twin or a large double. It also has a small fridge, with freezer compartment.

This one bed flat is the perfect bolt hold, with one double bedroom and sofa bed (bedding supplied on request, and is extra ) it has all what you need. Perfect for those who wish to pursuit outdoor activities over Hednesford Hills, Cannock Chase. There’s a back garden to relax in. Local amenities are within walking distance. Cannock and the new West Midlands Designer outlet centre is 2 miles away.

Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces.
