Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also.
