For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Walking distance to town including deli, pizza place, grocery store, local pub and of course fishing on the AuSable River. Short drive to tons of hiking, boating, mountain biking and skiing and all that the Adirondacks has to offer.

We recently converted our pack porch to a mother-in-law studio apartment with its own private entrance from the back. Located on Bear Cub Lane in Lake Placid, its the perfect location for people who want to be close to town but in a quiet, residential setting near many trails.
