Dog friendly private suite

This is an older style motel with a covered porch along the front. We converted 2 rooms into a small suite by adding a French door to connect them. We also added a back door that opens up directly into a fenced in yard that is private and surrounded by woods. The motel is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and the dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling with a group or need a place to meet up with the whole family.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
