Character Victorian terraced house with some modern touches, centrally located in the market town of Sleaford. Our 3 storey house is 10 minutes walk from Sleaford train station with connections to Lincoln, Grantham & Nottingham. Recently refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite, large family bathroom, single bed in attic, open plan kitchen dining room, living room & off road parking. There is also an outside seating area with a lawned garden. Please note the stairs are quite steep!

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
