Covered carport with well-lit exterior. Seven minutes from the Navel Air Station in Millington, and 25 minutes from Downtown Memphis.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & make sure to register your pet if bringing with.

This home is in the country surrounded by trees on 8 acres. The owners live on property. There is a pond with chickens and barn cats.

Be sure to look around for the many deer, geese, ducks, turkeys, and other wildlife that also call our farm home.
