This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

The Reset

A cozy home, sitting on 3/4 acre, in a gated yard, surrounded by a peaceful, large, outdoor area. Exemplary hospitality that comfortably accommodates 5 people. Whether its a room you're looking for or a weekend getaway we can accommodate. Less than one mile from Cooks Garage and the interstate, a home with all modern basics but with the peaceful tranquility a house in the country brings. Utility or livestock trailers upon request. Where people come to eat, drink and reset.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Rusty's Cottage is named after my father and is a very special place in my heart. This small one bedroom house is located in Post City Texas, named after C.W. Post, who was an American Pioneer in the food industry. Post Corn Flakes, Post Raisin ,Brand and many more. The Top Attractions of Post, OS Ranch Museum, Garza Historical Museum, Ragtown Theater, and Post Trade Days, this market place opens it's doors , second weekend of each month.
