Come relax and have some fun with everything Canyon point resort has to offer! This private all-season cottage is only a 3-minute walk to falls lake. You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. The short term rentals are a independant business and a separate business from the golf course. We offer private independant living with your own private entrance.We do not have a stove in the kitchenette but have lots of kitchen gadgets to make almost any meal. Close to Kentville,Coldbrook and New Minas. Minutes off of the 101 exit 13.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable.
