Windcrest Country Home

Enjoy some time away in a renovated country farmhouse situated on 100 acres of farmland that raises Black Angus cattle. Located 3 miles outside of Susquehanna, PA we have ponds for fishing, swimming, and boating so bring your suits and fishing poles. We are surrounded by woods that have beautiful color in the fall. If you are a skier, Elk Mountain is only a short 25 minutes away. Any season is a relaxing time. After a peaceful day, end your night with a cookout and sitting around the fire pit.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

This is a great location to get to know the Greater Binghamton area - minutes from Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, downtown, Chenango Valley State Park. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Minimalist Home with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.

Rural Retreat

Relax on 4 acres of nature in a rural setting of Upstate New York. The backyard butt's up to the Susquehanna River, hop on in! Walk down the street to see the neighbors cows and horses or to the boat ramp access. Community members occasionally do sunset yoga on the walking Ouaquaga bridge (2 min walk) from the property. There's also a park close by and the zoo Animal Adventure within 3 miles. At night cozy up in the open concept apartment.

Adorable little place to call your home away from home. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.
