This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The Rabbit Hole

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole. The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

Coco's Cottage

Bring your own fishing poles and spend your afternoon fishing at our private pond (water levels will vary based on the rainfall in the area). At night gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing. Ideal for those seeking fresh air and comfort, our cottage combines a cozy interior with country living.

Welcome to your retreat‑ready ranch house in North Texas — a peaceful getaway set on a working Texas cattle ranch with acres of wide‑open land & true countryside quiet. This spacious three‑bedroom home sits on the beautiful 2R Ranch in Henrietta, Texas, offering rustic charm and modern comfort. If guests are interested in bringing UTVs, additional fees may apply. This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath renovated guesthouse, originally built around 1900, sits on an acre on the edge of Circled Bar Ranch, 4 miles west of the city of Bowie. Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
