The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The Pod is a charming self contained 1 bedroom annexe set in the beautiful grounds of Greys Manor in the picturesque village of Podington, on the Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire border. Comprising of a fully equiped kitchen, dining table, sitting room area with 2 large sofas, coffee table and TV with full access to Sky and Netflix There is a large first floor bedroom with a King size bed. A modern shower room with toilet and wash basin is located on the ground floor.

Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
