This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. You may explore the woodlands and wetlands as well as the sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and across the yard are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Enjoy a getaway at The Cottage on beautiful Round Lake. Eat on the lakeshore or at the nearby Dear Run or Lake LeAnn Golf Courses. Take a kayak or canoe out to fish or for a peaceful spin around the lake, stopping at the Park to fill water bottles at the spring fed Artesian well. Bring a pontoon or speedboat to ski or tube on this all sports lake if you prefer to pick up the pace. End the day making S'mores at the Fire-Pit watching a beautiful sunset and the moon reflect off tranquil waters.

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower only), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!
