This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Casuarina Cottage is a cosy space & suitable for no more than 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed & the smaller 2nd bedroom has a double bed. It has a large, spacious deck with a wonderful view of the Dorrigo Escarpment. It's situated in a quiet & peaceful area yet close to everything. A 5-minute walk takes you to a well-stocked corner shop & cafe. 10 mins further you're at the Bellinger River where you can picnic & swim. 5 mins on & you're in the centre of town.

"The Shack" - a very private self-catered, self-contained, weatherboard cottage set on a rural retreat of 80 hectares (200 acres) featuring cleared paddocks, dams, bush tracks and bushland expanses with no other dwelling on the property. My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
