Welcome to my city retreat! 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with private entrance and off road parking, in the quiet & leafy Bournville area, convenient for B'ham Uni & QE Hospital. The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

The Snug@Bournville

A cosy and quirky self contained guest suite in the heart of Bournville Village. Adjoined to our family home, The Snug has a separate entrance. Guests have sole access to a lounge, shower room and 1st floor double bedroom. A microwave combi-oven, toaster and fridge are available for use in an adjacent area. Guests are welcome to use a running machine and multi-gym at their own risk. An electric car charging point is available for an additional charge. Our family dog has no access to The Snug.

Double Room2 with free parking

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Chambre privée avec salle de bains Bournville

Private, spacious and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Conveniently situated: - Bus 11 to Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Kings Heath - 10-12 mins walk to Bournville train station (2 stops from Birmingham University, 5 stop from Birmingham New Street), - 10 mins walk to Cadbury World - 5 mins walk to local shops and buses to Birmingham city centre (45, 47) and Solihull (49). Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Tranquility in leafy suburbia

Large double bedroom in a 3-bed house in a quiet residential district of south Birmingham. Very quiet and selfcontained. View of a lovely garden from the window. Complementary tea and coffee station with selection of herbal teas. A double bed has a firm orthopaedic mattress specially designed to help those with bad backs get a good night's sleep.

Comfort and quiet for 1 or 2 close to UofB/QE/city

Welcome to Broomhill, a large and comfortable Edwardian house that is well placed for easy access to the University (walking distance) and the QE and Dental Hospitals (walking distance) as well as the city centre (frequent buses close by). Or you can be in the countryside in a few minutes by car (or a long brisk walk!).
