For a maximum of 2 people, CCTV is located outside the property for safety reasons & no pets are allowed. Parking is available on the road (not the driveway) and most appliances are available for cooking. We ask that you don't ring the bell on the main house. A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

You will have your own space to park on our driveway.

The M60 ring road is 5 mins drive. There is a large 24hr Tesco 2 mins drive. The property is connected to a 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.
