This western cabin has plenty of space to accommodate a large group offering several amenities such as an outdoor basketball court, fishing, and a fire pit for late nights under the stars or roasting s'mores with loved ones. Phillips Farm

Phillips Farm is a 2 story farm house seated in the middle of 25+ acres of beautiful green land; flanked by cows, a pond, and a convenient paved FM roadway. The house has 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths; one is handicap equipped; fully equipped kitchen with utensils for all your culinary needs; a small two seater bar. The outside covered pavilion is 55x60 feet, a perfect place for your outsides activities rain or shine. Play ping-pong or watch a 65 in. TV. or play a game of pool. Come soon and enjoy!

It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).
