Susana’s place is so handy for the city centre and main sights, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Although the neighbourhood is quite busy with traffic at times, inside the apartment was not noisy. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the calm decor, well equipped kitchen and period features. Having a coffee machine was a real bonus.

This was an incredible place to visit! Looks even better than the pictures! It was a lovely place to have a weekend away with friends. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom area was offered as two singles or a double which was set up before we arrived. Little snack bars and milk were given as welcome gifts which was incredibly lovely. I can't even begin to describe how lovely the hot tub was, so relaxing and I could imagine it being beautiful to look at the stars on a clear night in the hot tub! Jon and Laura were very responsive and helpful, giving recommendations of what to do in the surrounding area. I definitely hope to visit again!!!!

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

My partner has an excellent stay here for work, the owners even moved him to a secondary location as this was booked for this week. Great communication, lovely home.

The flat was gorgeous! We felt the photos didn’t do it justice. It’s so spacious and well decorated. The flat is in a very convenient location in Cheltenham. We will definitely be back here. Savannah was very accommodating to our requests and responded in a timely manner.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Nice, clean property a stone throws away from the city centre. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a nice modern property. Host was very responsive - overall a stress free and pleasant stay for 7 of us in Bristol. Would recommend!

Highly recommend this place. The Hosts attention to detail was spot on. Anything and everything we wanted was there. Lovely and warm, with parking just a few steps from the front door. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Nice private backyard to sit out in with a coffee from the nespresso machine, pods were provided.

We had a fantastic experience at this property - the flat was easy to access and surprisingly private. The garden area was lovely for having breakfast outside in the great weather and we had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with lots of lovely shops, cafes and places to eat right on the doorstep with very convenient public transport close by. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can't wait to stay again!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Exactly what we needed for a long weekend break. Quick responses from host, easy to get in to the house. Exactly as described, in walking distance to a number of places.

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops and Cirencenster. We would definite stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

Honestly not a bad word to say. Not only looked clean, but felt clean. Either recently refurbished or very well kept. No sign of even dusty corners or cracks. Beautifully designed. The property has a slightly unusual layout but you can work it out from the photos. Seems quite snug at first impression. But lots of places to store things so really there was plenty of room. The comfy chairs and long sideboard were a nice addition. Temperature (outside) varied a lot during our visit but we were always comfortable. No need to use the fan or fan heater provided. Kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. We used the microwave oven and found the ice compartment helpful. Many will enjoy the coffee options. Bath's clearly a gorgeous city with plenty to suit all tastes. Sadly we were visiting for an event and didn't get much chance to venture out. But we found we were staying much more close to the University than most competitors who booked hotels. Parking space was also just right.

We loved staying here - it was a short walk (or shorter taxi) to Central Bath, a quiet area and it has great views over Bath itself. The apartment itself was spotless, and even had some breakfast items, milk and tea ready and available. The bathroom was very nice, the shower was great, both in terms of temperature and power and towels were left available too. The bedroom was great, with a big window with views of Bath and there was plenty of storage for the both of us. Additional pillows and the blanket was a big plus. The living room was nice too, with a big TV and sofa bed with streaming services available too. Bath Town Central was about a ten minute walk, and we didn't struggle to get taxis too, which were only about £6 as it is so close. We would be very happy to stay here again - thanks for having us!

Sydney’s place in Ross on Wye is lovely; it is spacious and well furnished with everything you need for your stay. Sydney was a great host, very friendly and helpful providing useful information about the property and suggesting places to visit, both local and further afield. The property is just 5 minutes from the centre of Ross on Wye which has many interesting shops and plenty of places to eat. In addition, Sydney has created a beautiful garden, with space for visitors to sit out and enjoy it. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again if revisiting the area.
