In the heart of the East End our apt is a short walk to the east end beach, restaurants, breweries and coffee shop min walk to the ocean (you can see it from the street) and easy access to the Old Port/Downtown amenities. It’s a great size with 2 BRs/1 BA, dining room, small private deck and stocked kitchen. Clean and cozy, it’s our home away from home. We hope you agree that our apartment has character and charm. In beautiful Falmouth Foreside neighborhood. Walkable to Dockside Restaurant and marina, and 10 minute drive or bus to downtown Portland. 20 minute drive to Freeport shopping. We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Top of the Old Port-1 BR APT

The unit is cozy and quiet tucked at the rear of the building on the first floor. There are privacy/light block shades for your convenience. There’s a bit of an Egyptian theme in the apartment now but it will always be changing. I like to promote friends’ art work and I will always have live plants to keep the air fresh. Pet fee is per pet per stay. ***We’ve recently upgraded our pest control measures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.***

Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.
