The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

Blue Dream is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet-friendly vacation rental surrounded by nature. It contains a hot tub, sauna, bar, woodburning fireplace and chef’s kitchen. With more than 2100 sq feet, it's large enough for the whole family, a couple's trip, or a girls' spa weekend (sleeps 8). You can fully relax and get immersed in nature; yet, it's just a couple of blocks to the nearby brewery and downtown. Need to stay longer? Our amenities make it easy to work remotely and start a load of laundry.

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

Stone Cottage: The Partington Spring House

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. The Yellow Springs Village Cabin is crisp and clean like a hotel, with space, character, and amenities like a well-appointed home. It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (open ~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.
