Youssef Al Seddik : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Great place to spend a few days away from Cairo. The village is peaceful and beautiful. The accomodation is very quiet with privacy, perfectly clean and surrounded by a lovely garden. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Staying at Alain’s house was simply an incredible experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tunis Village, surrounded by the same art and creativity that make this charming town so unique and full of artists. Every corner of the house is filled with beauty and magic, with an artistic decor that makes it truly special. The spaces were spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere. From its charming architecture to the beautiful garden with a pool, everything was in perfect harmony with the village’s authentic style, offering us a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Alain was an amazing host, always helpful and attentive to anything we needed. His easy-going nature, kindness, and positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Alain, for sharing this magical place with us!

The place is more than wonderful, the villa is very beautiful and the decor and design are more than excellent, you feel comfortable and relaxed as if you are in your own home, also the presence of farms around the villa gave it a special vibes from the rest of the places in Tunis village. Also, Mr. Nasser is friendly, he was interested in us enjoying our stay, also Mr. Abdullah who is responsible for handing over the villa, he followed up with us from time to time and he fulfilled our request as soon as possible. I got very attached to the place and I think that I will repeat the visit many times

Nous avons passé trois nuits chez Nosseir avec nos 3 enfants ( 15, 12 et 11 ans) et nous avons passé un excellent séjour là-bas. La maison était très fonctionelle , très bien équipée et nous avons amplement profité de la superbe piscine alors que nous y étions au mois d'avril. Sur place, Mahmoud a été très réactif, agréable et toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. La maison est de plus dans un environnement sécurisée et très paisible. Le seul point à connaître est qu'il faut faire dix minutes de touk touk ( ou demander à Mahmoud...) pour le moindre achat car il n'y a pas de commerce accessible à pied facilement. Les touk touk sont néanmoins au bout de l'allée. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter si vous venez à Fayoum.

My family and I loved our stay at Hazem's place. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and I have to say, this place was very clean, including the linens and towels. The house feels cozy, and we loved the garden area and pool, which gets sun almost the entire day. We also appreciated that the house had all the basic essentials we needed for a 2 night stay, like toilet paper, trash bags, tea, coffee, etc. There was even a full box of bottled water, which was great because it saved us the time and effort of going out to buy it. All of this made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Hazem is a great host, very kind and responsive. He even sent us a list of recommended places to visit. We would absolutely recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect , neat and they were extremely nice Only draw back that the water heater was not working for 1 full day but they were doing their best to fix it

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit einem noch schöneren Garten. Die Villa ist auf zwei Flügel aufgeteilt: Der Ostflügel ist sehr groß mit mehreren Zimmern, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten, antiken Möbeln und einer schönen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den riesigen See vor der Haustüre. Der Westflügel ist ein eigenständiges kleines Haus mit einem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer - getrennt durch einen wunderschönen antiken Raumtrenner - für bis zu 2 Personen am anderen Ende des Gartens. Der große Garten ist eine grüne & bunt blühende Oase in Mitten der Oaste Fayoums. Überall blüht und zwitschert es. Im Garten leben viele Vögel und eine Katze. Es gibt zahlreiche Schattenplätze, Lauben, Schaukeln, Sitz- und Liegeflächen am Pool und einen Grillplatz. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder Freund*innen, aber auch alleine habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ruhe. Das Haus liegt im Künstlerdorf Tunis mit vielen schönen Töpfereien in der Nähe.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I genuinely appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable!
