This place was so enjoyable and peaceful. The private dock made for an easy pick up for any boat excursion or snorkeling trip! Very walkable, and golf cart friendly! The maid service was very respectful and took care of us! Very responsive and helpful host as well!

This place deserves more than five stars. Marco is an incredible host and his “extras” make the stay so much better. The location was perfect, the accommodations top notch. Highly recommend this property. We spend a lot of time on Isla Mujeres and this is going to be our new “home away from home.”

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

We let Nathan know when we were in a taxi headed to the property- he was there to meet us and let us in. The cottage is right on the waterfront promenade/beach. Great food and coffee right out the front door. Dive shops and water excursion docks all along the beach where the cottage is. Several grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk. Tons of restaurant options. We thought we would need to rent a golf cart for our stay to get around, but the location of the cottage was such that we didn't need one. The front of the cottage is gated in with a covered patio- a great place to sit and watch the ocean and goings-on. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien: contaba con suficientes toallas para todos, era muy bonito, amplio y acogedor. Cabe destacar que Clara estuvo muy atenta a todas nuestras inquietudes y siempre fue muy amable, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Además, la cocina era bastante grande y moderna, ideal para preparar comidas, y otra ventaja destacable es que se pueden estacionar dos autos sin problema, algo muy práctico para quienes viajan en vehículo propio

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso y fácil movilidad por la zona, el departamento era igual a las especificación (muy lindo) , las áreas comunes hermosas, la piscina 20/10 (simplemente espectacular). Siempre estuvieron muy atentos a mi estadía y que estuviera todo en orden, las indicaciones de ingreso y demás muy fáciles. En definitiva volvería a hospedarme sin pensarlo.
