We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

The house is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing so all you need to pack is your food and family. The house is fully airconditioned but is also be kept cool by sea breezes through open windows and doors. The house is approximately 500m walking distance to a beautiful clean beach.

The only holiday rental in Lucinda with a large lockable shed to store your valuable boats/cars. Large covered wash down area alongside the length of the house to clean your boats. Plumbed in filleting bench/sink alongside shed. Neat fully fenced back yard with fruit trees. This holiday house is set up just like home. Everything is there that would ever need.

Lyndy's Place - A 'No Smoking' house at Taylors Beach, QLD, 4850. Only 15 minutes from the Bruce Highway at Ingham, QLD. The house is located 30 metres from the beach and stinger net swimming enclosure(November to April). Great location for fishing with the boat ramp only 1km away giving access to the Hinchinbrook Islands and the reef. Two parks close by for the kids to play at and both have electric BBQs. Pricing is for 2 guests per night, additional guests are charged per person/per night.

We're located in a lovely suburb walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive into the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower.
