It is situated in the center of the old town and just 2-3 minutes from the Square and 10 minute walking from the beach. Apartment has 30 m2 and it is located in the groundfloor of a building that is situated in the comfortable living area in the heart of the city. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 persons. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
