The place was fantastic! It was such a beautiful property. A perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Jean was so accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns that we may have. We'll definitely be back!

When compared to staying in a hotel in Zamboanga this wins hands down. It was great to have a real couch, a modern TV, a real kitchen, proper tables and chairs and a normal sized fridge. When we had guests over it was easy to accomodate them in the apartment. The rooftop area was a nice bonus as well. Having two separate bedrooms was great as well, so our son had his space, and we had ours. The area has a pharmacy close and other small stores and restaurants. Food deliveries were easy enough to arrange too. All up we were very comfortable staying there. Our on-site hosts were very accomodating and helpful as well.

Jenett was a pleasure to deal with the service was impeccable. We had a couple issues that were taken care of right away. I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely recommend.

Its beyond the owners control but renters should know that there is a scarcity of water. The owners already put drums of water there so its okay that there is a storage of water. They are good people. I like them . kudos to that. Location is very steep, People will have a great difficulty of walking to the place so I suggest to ride bao bao to their place. AC is just inside the room. And CR ventilation is inside the room as well. I hope they could improve with whole house AC and Working Flush and everything would be even better! I got what I paid for. Its an okay place, But Improvement is still there.

It was an amazing stay! The hosts are super accommodating and also fun to talk to. The place is like a little paradise, secluded and beautiful. Would love to come back again!

Frederic's bungalow offers you the opportunity to experience living like a local - albeit with some additional amenities which locals do not necessarily benefit from ! There are other residents nearby, so as with most places in the Philippines you will hear dogs howling and roosters crowing - if this is an issue for you, just bring some earplugs. The house itself is tucked away up on a hill and beautifully built; all the necessary amenities are provided, and we wanted for nothing whilst staying there. The place was absolutely spotless, cleaner than many other places we have stayed in the Philippines. Frederic's wife was incredibly helpful and even gave us a lift back to the airport ! Communication was easy and quick both prior to and throughout our stay. All in all, a unique and unforgettable experience. Thank you both !
