Zarzal : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Excelente estadía. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en buen estado. El área espectacular, áreas recreativas diversas, la playa a pasos, piscina y áreas de estar. Nos sentimos seguros y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y buen ambiente. Agradecida de los host, Noel y Damaris, que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para contestar y resolver. Fueron amables y excelentes anfitriones. Lugar recomendado y nos encantaría regresar.

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Carlos was very attentive, responsive, friendly and welcoming. This beautiful apartment was perfect for me and my family to spend our long weekend. Carlos had everything you can think of regarding kitchen equipment, bathroom necessities, pool and beach essentials, even BBQ grill ready! We are most definitely already thinking about our next stay.

Playa del Yunque Aparment, es la primera vez que lo visito junto con mi familia.El área es bien accesible de la playa y la piscina. El apartamento queda en un 2 piso , pero tiene 3 piso que es espacioso , cómodo para tener un buen estadía. Contaba con los artículos q se necesitan…Agradecida con Sofía q cuando se le escribió respondió con rapidez…

todo bien limpio y aquipado( toallas, sabanas, jabon, shampoo, conditioner) la cocina tiene todo lo q necesites ( ollas, platos, cubiertos, condimentos )vista espectacular se sentia paz y silencio. facil de llegar

This is a wonderful spot! we now visit this beach every year. Beautiful beach, pool, and surroundings. Super safe! Lying in the hammock on the balcony and listening to the ocean is the absolute best! we cooked all week and had mist everything that we needed. Super easy to do day trips to Vieques and Culebra from this area, as well. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We loved our honeymoon stay! Hector was super responsive and so accommodating. We had low batteries in our CO detectors upon arriving, he immediately sent the fire department within the hr to ensure safety and replaced the old detectors with new ones in the same day. That gave us total peace of mind. Space was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Restaurants near by were great. There is a rooster at the neighbors, but that’s most all of PR, and I personally like the wake up call. Police station is right down the street and the neighborhood was a quiet residential street. They supplied a beach kit with chairs, blanket, towels, and snorkel gear which came super in handy! Even gave us a bottle of champagne to toast our marriage. Definitely go to Amor & Harina and get a pastry and sandwich! Luquillo beach nearby is beautiful but more a tourist attraction. We hung out mostly in Farjado and Las Croabas for local vibe beaches and Seafood.

We traveled with a family, so there were 8 total with 4 kids under 7. The owners were very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. They were quite understanding when my child broke something. The property is generally well maintained, had everything we needed and more to enjoy the pool and beach area! The ocean waters were calm and shallow, which was excellent for our small children. The heated pool was fantastic especially on a cloudy or rainy day. I didn’t realize that the top and bottom floors were not internally connected but that was ok, just not ideal. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! I would go back, without hesitation.

My family and I had the absolute best time in PR and were so happy with Eve’s home. It was easy to navigate to, private, safe, accessible to excursions and supermarkets. Most of all we felt comfortable and at home. Eves home was very charming, clean, cozy, easy access to resort for the day if you wished to go. Eve was responsive and so helpful and made great suggestions. We were sad to leave but will definitely come back. We loved our stay there!!

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

The house and property was exactly as shown. The surrounding homes were in different levels of conditions. The home had a brick and cyclone fence boarding the property line which was private and very safe. We enjoyed the swimming pool throughout the entire time. The property was only approx. 400 feet from the beach and there were many other beaches there in the area. There was 10 adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone. When we got at the home we called Carlos about not having hair dryers and he rushed 3 dryers within 2 hours. Carlos was very responsive and courteous. We are looking to stay there again.

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Just returned from 2 weeks at Rio Grande The location of this condo was perfect ! Beautiful quiet beach and large swimming pool and views of El Yunque from the balcony So many delicious restaurants within a few minutes drive… too many to list Loved exploring different beaches and having the use of the wagon and beach chairs and towels was an added bonus Carl was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered !! Any minor issues were dealt with immediately!! Looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico one day Thanks again Carl for a memorable holiday!!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

I loved this place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. I hated that i had to leave. And the host was nice and kept me updated with weather and everything before i arrived. This place was like a resort! I had no issues, no bugs, no complaints from neighbors, nothing!! I would recommend this place and if, no WHEN i come back to PR, I’m looking for this place!!

Leslie is the true definition of a Puerto Rican.She was very sweet,helpful and communicated well.She offered me a early check in and late check out even tho I didn’t need it I appreciated the gesture.The view was amazing very peaceful and quite area with the main road 2 minutes away.I will definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!
